Follow the following steps to download:

1.Click on the Windows button above
2.Click on run - this will then download Teamviewer
3.Click on run again- this will now install Teamviewer
4.Click next again - the install is selected by default which is fine
5.Then select "Company/Commercial use" and click "Next"
6.Tick the "I accept" radio button and click "Next"
7.Click "Next" again - click No which is the default which is fine
8.Click "Finish"

You can now give us "Your ID" and the "Password" so that we can connect to your computer

With TeamViewer we can remotely control your computer as if we were sitting right in front of it - even through firewalls.
All that needs to be done is start a small application, which does not even require installation or administrative rights.
