Tony Goncalves (MCP, MCNPS, MBSS): Tony started his career as a Senior Cobol Programmer at Computermatic in 1984, where he specialised in Hire Purchase Accounting Systems. As trends changed, Tony focused his energies in to newer technologies, including entering the CRM market with products like GoldMine CRM Ver 1.0 for DOS. He went on to become the Joint founder of Pro-Formance Software in 1997. Tony was quick to move with the ever changing face of CRM and became Certified in Microsoft CRM Ver 1.2 and has remained driven by the product ever since to its current 2011 release. His 20 years of hands on experience and the hundreds of installations he has done, give testimony to his ability to implement and customise state of the art CRM Solution in so many varied business sectors.
